I will start off by saying that my wife and I have eaten at multiple Japanese restaurants and sushi bars in many different states. After moving near the area Osaka has become our regular spot. Jackie is great and very friendly. We love the food and the sushi is great! They will continue to receive our business!

The worst experience I’ve had EVER! They didn’t have a grill cook so we had to sit at a table. There was 8 different tables and only 1 person doing everything. We had to wait 30 minutes for a drink and then when the food came out the rice taste burnt! The woman barely paid any attention to us. Wouldn’t ever go back...

Don’t ever go to this place. Awful food, even worse service. We ordered 3 sushi rolls and one combo entree. One of the rolls was smothered in some type of mayo sauce. We tried it but just could stomach it. (I eat sushi all the time and never seen a Roll made like this). We tried to tell the cook we didn’t like it and to take it off our bill. He told us that we shouldn’t order things we have never tried and that he would not take it off the bill since we ordered it. He was very rude about it. I told him this was the worst service ever (I am a server myself) and that we won’t be back and he pretty much cussed us all the way out the door. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BAD FOOD AND SERVICE!!!

Grill master got mad because he miss read our order. My husband is allergic to mushrooms and when they came out to the hibachi they had mushrooms in his food. The grill master became rude snapped at my husband and mocked his allergy. Then continued cooking without talking or jokes as usual. After the food was prepared it was impossible to get service. The worst part was he yelled at the server in front of us when she had no mushrooms written on the ticket. We will never go back. Service has been going done hill for awhile. This used to be our favorite place but this is the third bad experience. It's a shame really.

Never encountered a staff so angry when customers arrived. Even made a reservation so they knew we had a party of 13 coming. They seemed so put off that we were there, only had one chef on staff so wanted to seat us at table when we requested hibachi when we called. It was actually bizarre. We ended up leaving because we were so uncomfortable with how the staff was reacting to us being there and their confusion.
